The CBRN Defoamer provides a fast and effective tool for collecting SDF or CASCAD CBRN decontamination foam or a Blast Mitigation Foam after use. As the foam is collected from an open surface or a blast enclosure, the CBRN Defoamer applies a solution to eliminate the bubbles and reduces the foam to a more manageable liquid. This serves two key purposes:

The decontamination or blast mitigation liquid can then be disposed of properly in accordance with local regulations. This is extremely beneficial when collecting Radiological particles.

Note that ordinary vacuum systems do not have the capability to contend with blast foam whose characteristics make it resistant to collection and disposal.

The Trolley shown in the photo is an optional but recommended accessory used when relocating the Defoamer on site.
