If you are a member of the U.S. State and Local First Responder community, we're here to help you get funded in support of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Preparedness Programs.
What is the Grant Assistance Program (GAP)?
U.S. State and Local Governments supporting the First Responder community rely on Federal funds to implement IED Preparedness Programs. Federal grant programs provide millions of dollars annually to U.S. public safety agencies to enhance local Counter-IED response capabilities.
Grant funding may not be fully accessed by end users due to the perceived complexity of the application process. The Allen-Vanguard GAP provides the first responder community with simplified processes to help understand and access grants available to fund IED Response capabilities.
The Allen-Vanguard GAP provides our valued customers with a comprehensive IED Grant ToolKit, including:
- A comprehensive overview of available grants, with references to applicable equipment and training programs;
- Grant templates to facilitate simplified grant application writing; and,
- Grant writing technical assistance.
If you would like to receive information on grant news related to Allen-Vanguard products or if you would like to receive helpful grant planning and writing documents, please Register or contact us at grants@allenvanguard.com to join the program.
