The VICTOR VBIED Solution
VICTOR is a modular capability for defeating vehicle-borne IED attacks. It is founded on world class C-IED training, support, consultancy & intelligence designed by Allen-Vanguard, renowned for developing and delivering comprehensive Counter-IED services and policy worldwide. The following VICTOR modules can be customized and delivered as a complete set or individually selected to meet the specific needs of an operational unit.
VBIED-Specific Intelligence: Timely and reliable analysis of VBIED specialist reports, based on the TRITON database, the world’s largest open source database of terrorist incidents.
C-IED Training: VICTOR courses teach render-safe techniques, strategies, equipment operation and tactics relevant to VBIED situations.
Consultancy & Ongoing Support: Subject Matter Expertise to help develop national or local level policy and doctrine, as well as ‘concept of operations’ (CONOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Defender ROV: An ideal platform to deal with large scale threats and configured with the accessories below to perform render-safe VBIED activities.
VICTOR Trailer: Attaches to the Defender and other ROVs to deliver EOD tools and disruptors for VBIED scenarios. It is remotely released and EOD tools are deployed from the ROV.
VICTOR Jaws of Life: A powerful cutting and spreading tool operated safely from a remote distance.
VICTOR Frangible Arm: Enables the Operator to remotely place charges and carry objects.
VICTOR ECM: Superior protection from the threat of Radio-Controlled IEDs.
