Allen-Vanguard takes a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, as well as implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not exist anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. We are also committed to ensuring transparency in our own operations and in our approach to combating modern slavery throughout our supply chains, in accordance with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act.

Training and Awareness
We provide mandatory training to all our employees and ensure our suppliers are made well aware of our position on modern slavery and human trafficking.

Monitoring and Reporting
We monitor our supply chains and encourage reporting of any concerns.
